If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. In such a case, "you" and "your" will refer to that organization.

• Web Portal & Software Development
• Educational Courses & Technical Training
• IT Consultation & Hub Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of XeptionalAce Prime LTD.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

Payments: All fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated. Payments must be made in full before service delivery or as agreed upon in specific project contracts.

Refunds: Refund requests for courses are only valid within 48 hours of purchase, provided the content has not been accessed. Software development deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

In no event shall XeptionalAce Prime LTD, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
